Account deletion under Apple App Store and Google Play policy. Same steps on web and app.
What gets deleted
- Account details from email, Google or Apple sign-in, or from Start on this device
- Character name, XP, level, streak, chosen fields and stats
- Quiz sessions, answer history and review (monster) schedules
- Exploration ticket balance (and ad reward balance, where used), ticket ledger, dungeon rewards and referral data
- In-app subscription and paid benefit status (including unused tickets)
- Sign-in sessions
You can sign up again with the same email, Google or Apple account, but earlier progress isn't restored. Cancel store subscriptions separately in App Store / Google Play settings.
How to delete
- Sign in to the LoreUp app or the web.
- From Account in the home menu, open “About deleting your account”, or go to this page (/account-delete).
- Type “DELETE” below, then permanently delete your account.
